Current management contracts represent a total of 1,476 apartment and townhouse units and 93 mobile home sites.

OBJECTIVE

To expand investment and management activities by locating, developing and acquiring real estate of investment grade quality which has significant appreciation potential; then to organize an investment partnership; and then to serve as the managing partner for the partnership, and managing agent for the property.  Also, to serve as fee based managing agent for quality properties of any function or service.  In addition, Sermar continues on going activity in the development of apartment facilities for families and seniors, under a tax credit program for affordable housing development.

Sermar’s executive management consists of five people, all of whom have college degrees and three of whom hold the Degree Master of Business Administration. Two of the executive staff hold certificates as Accredited Residential Managers and are members of IREM. One member is a Certified Real Estate Sales Agent.

The executive management team supervises the property management personnel at each of the apartment properties. Each of the executives is responsible for overseeing the operations of two to six properties. Each of the properties has an on-site property manager (as required) and a dedicated full-time maintenance staff.
